We were very open to the idea of refinancing with a new lender. We had one easy meeting, discussed what we wanted and within days Lara had a pre-approval on a new loan with a new lender at a vastly reduced rate with savings of about $9000 per annum! That is an overseas holiday! It was all so easy and with the recent interest rate cut, we are saving another $3000 per annum. I strongly suggest that if you have had your home loan for 2 or 3 years, it is time to review it. I'm so glad we did!
